Double Knee Surgery
Having both knees done at once with her second round of surgeries was no fun at all. Here she is after coming home from the shelter all doped up on pain meds and some lingering anesthesia.
Walking in a Cast
Walking was clearly painful for Star but after a few days she was trotting around in her cast.

Doctor's orders were for limited mobility. Star didn't seem to mind the bedside service.
